Cancellation Policy

At Sukoon The Cottage, we understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

1. Free Cancellation

Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days before the check-in date without any cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation Charges

• More than 7 days before check-in: No cancellation charges.
• Within 7 days of check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Within 48 hours of check-in or No-Show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

3. Refund Policy

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Date Modification

Booking dates may be changed subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the revised booking.

5. Early Check-Out

No refund will be provided for early departure after check-in.

6. Force Majeure

Sukoon The Cottage is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
